Please note that all consulting services (Control Centre Planning, GIS Mapping and Risk Readiness training) and Software Development (custom integrations) service fees will be available upon request.
CommandPost® is cloud-based and can be accessed from any device that uses a modern web browser (this includes Safari, Chrome, Firefox & Microsoft Edge).

All Accounts are required to have a valid credit card, edit card or purchase card in order to deploy an instance of CommandPost®. If you're acting on behalf of a local or state Government agency, invoicing can be arranged. Please contact us to have this option enabled.
CommandPost® provides Support Services to all registered users. This includes access to a 24/7 Support Centre, which hosts support articles and resources. In addition, users have the ability to lodge a support tickets and get in touch via instant chat (where permissions are granted via administrator).
Administrators will also be able to contact their assigned Account Manager for direct support/billing related questions.

All training is managed through online resources directly within CommandPost®, which allows you to quickly onboard personnel and contractors. CommandPost® offers on-premises training within Australia, which are subject to additional service fees.
