A list of features, available to your industry, will be displayed at the time of registration. An Account Manager will be appointed to provide guidance in setting-up your agency / company. Please note that all consulting services (Control Centre Planning, GIS Mapping and Risk Readiness training) and Software Development (custom integrations) service fees will be available upon request.
CommandPost® is cloud-based and can be accessed from any device that uses a modern web browser (this includes Safari, Chrome, Firefox & Microsoft Edge).
All Accounts are required to have a valid credit card, edit card or purchase card in order to deploy an instance of CommandPost®. If you're acting on behalf of a local or state Government agency, invoicing can be arranged. Please contact us to have this option enabled.
CommandPost® provides Support Services to all registered users. This includes access to a 24/7 Support Centre, which hosts support articles and resources and the ability to lodge support tickets (email or support page).
Authorised administrators will also be appointed an Account Manager to discuss any agency/organisation specific needs or in regards to billing related questions.
CommandPost® offers tiered support packages, which include Standard, Premium and Enterprise. These packages provide shorter SLA times and options for telephone support.
All training is managed through online resources directly within CommandPost®, which allows you to quickly onboard personnel and contractors. CommandPost® offers on-premises training within Australia, which are subject to additional service fees.
