CommandPost® was procured, following an international tender process by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Government, to provide a comprehensive crisis, emergency, and incident management solution.
The solution has been implemented across a historic and smart city development, enabling coordination between multiple government functions and stakeholders. This integration has enhanced public safety measures and operational efficiency.
CommandPost® is the primary solution utilised for day-to-day operations, including for issue monitoring, security, event management, and infrastructure oversight. The platform’s robust capabilities support complex logistical coordination and enhance situational awareness across multiple stakeholder groups.
The system’s scalability and secure architecture has proven instrumental in supporting high-profile operations and special events, demonstrating CommandPost®’s ability to meet the most demanding security and operational requirements. This has seen use on events, including but not limited to United Nations Conference, Diriyah Season, Dolce & Gabbana Fashion Show, and various cultural events.
